ABOUT ME
I’m a Pushcart Prize-nominated author and MFA creative writing graduate. My work has been featured on NPR, in Alpinist, UltraRunning Magazine, The Quotable and more. I teach creative writing. When I’m not reading, writing or parenting, I’m dreaming, in color, of the mountains. I can often be found tripping over roots in the backcountry.
I live to dissect and study the written word. And when I’m not doing that, I’m obsessed with ultra trail running. Writing and running are a perfect balance.
